Edifys is currently investing and managing its first 20m USD fund with a target for small cap USD to 5m investments.

THIRD PARTY FUND

Edifys is currently fundraising its first Africa Growth Fund. The targeted fund size is USD 100m with a first close expected when commitment has reached USD 60 m.

The fund is looking to cater to smaller cap transaction, fully private with anticipated ticket sizes between USD 3 to 7m.
